All estimated shipping times are in addition to fulfillment times. We offer next business day delivery for orders placed before 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Orders placed thereafter will be delivered within two business days. This does not include Saturday, Sunday and official holidays. Designated is not responsible for any customs duties/fees related to international orders. We cannot calculate fees before delivering your order, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you refuse these charges.

Returns and returns

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need an order confirmation, order number, or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
